Bone broth doesn't just have to be poured over food to add extra liquid and flavor. Here are some super-delicious ideas:
Make Refreshing Broth Ice Cubes - Pour bone broth into ice cube trays and freeze. Serve one cube as a refreshing snack on hot days, or add it to your pet’s water bowl to make the water more interesting.
Freeze it into an activity toy —Mix the broth with a little Monster pâté or Monster wet food from a can, and fill a hollow chew toy. Freeze it and serve it as a calm, long-lasting activity.
Use on a licking mat —Pour or spread a small amount of bone broth onto a licking mat and freeze it. Licking keeps your dog occupied and can help provide a moment of calm.
Make dry food softer - The broth can be used to moisten dry food. This is ideal, for example, for dogs that prefer softer food or that need a little extra moisture in their meals.
Flavor the water —A small splash of broth in the water bowl can make it more appealing to drink. Change the water regularly and don't leave the mixture out for too long, especially on hot days.

Bone broth for health —Bone broth contains plenty of collagen and protein in an easily absorbable form; collagen keeps the skin, cartilage, and tissues supple and slows down the aging process. As we age, our body’s own collagen production declines, which is why it’s important to get it through our diet to keep the body supple.
It is completely natural for bone broth to become gelatinous when it cools. When the broth is cooked, collagen is released from the bones; this collagen is partially converted into gelatin, which sets as the temperature drops.
The consistency may vary between different packages and flavors, since the ingredients may naturally contain varying amounts of collagen and gelatin. This doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the broth; when it's reheated, it becomes liquid, and it can also be served cold straight from the refrigerator.
